Enterprise

A communications solution to suit everyone

As a diocese or multi-campus school, managing the communication needs of your many different schools can be complex. Enterprise takes that complexity and turns it into connectivity. Sitting within the Schoolzine ecosystem, this platform umbrellas your other Schoolzine tools – newsletters, websites – so all can be managed together, balancing central governance with each school’s unique identity, and importantly, ensuring all communities stay connected.

Trusted by schools, dioceses, organisations, and associations across Australasia

A website that’s easy to manage.

A team that’s here when you need us.

A system that speaks to everyone

Enterprise is a single platform from which you can manage websites, newsletters, governance, analytics and centrally approved content. Every feature has been shaped by feedback from diocesan offices, ensuring the platform supports both head office governance and the day-to-day needs of individual schools.

The result is a unified network of modern, accessible school websites and newsletters that are easier to manage, simpler to govern, and provide a premium digital experience for every school community.

Centralised control and visibility

Manage quality from a single dashboard, and explore analytics for improvement opportunity. For example, with newsletters, you will have visibility into what articles are being read, how the newsletters are being digested, when parents are reading them, how long they’re staying on articles, and into what language they’re translating them using EduTranslate; our natural, context-aware translation tool.

Resource management

Reduce duplicated effort through centrally managed templates, content, and shared resources. Important notifications can even be pushed out across newsletters and websites from the one system, awarding precious time back to your staff.

Website governance

Ensuring every school meets compliance, security, accessibility and best practice standards. This includes ensuring the use of respectful imagery, safeguarding (including the ability to blur faces and track consent to publish), and appropriate representation of your schools and students, all managed through Image Guardian, a Schoolzine module designed to protect students and staff without adding friction to the way schools already publish newsletters and website content.

Policy publication

Publish and maintain policies centrally, with updates automatically rolled out across school websites where required.

Supporting the entire journey

We’re not the kind of people to just install and go. Our customer success team provides unlimited training and support to you and your team, and we do so through local, responsive, and real people who are currently trusted by more than 2,000 schools and 11 dioceses across Australasia.

Developed with dioceses

Enterprise has been developed in collaboration with our existing diocesan partners, specifically for Catholic education providers. Our design philosophy captures years of working alongside Catholic schools, and, to date, 11 dioceses have put their trust in us to enhance their communication capability, support their systems, and help keep every community connected despite the individual differences across schools.

FAQ

Is the Enterprise system just for dioceses?

No, the Enterprise system is not just for dioceses. It was built on feedback from dioceses and schools, meaning it was built with an understanding of their nuances. But the system is suitable for any governing body that manages an often-complex network of schools or campuses. Multi-campus schools, and other educational establishments – such as multi-childcare centre networks – can use our Enterprise solution to ensure their local newsletters all have consistent branding, and meet high child protection standards.

Yes, the Enterprise system is built for easy central governance, where changes can be made across your entire network at the click of a button. A reduction in tedious processes will hand back hours of time to your staff, which they can then use to focus on building school reputation and enhancing community connection.

Yes, Schoolzine is safe. We have enterprise-grade security, ST4S-approved status, and our Image Guardian tool enables non-scrapable face blurring on images.

Schoolzine’s difference is our team. We are all human (no bots). We live locally, across Australia and NZ. And we live and breathe education communication systems – and that’s all we do. Our focus is 100% on maintaining and improving a system that simply works, and works simply. We understand dioceses, large schools, small schools, multi-campus schools, and we understand your specific needs and nuances. We’ve built the Schoolzine system and implemented updates purely based on diocese and school feedback, to ensure it really does address your needs, even when things change. We also offer unlimited training and support. And you will always get a quick response, and a human answering the phone.

The cost of Schoolzine depends on which tools you choose to use. We’re about one third of the price of some comparable tools on the market, and could work out less expensive than the cost of using manual tools such as phones and spreadsheets. For small schools, you can use the same platform big schools use, scaled for your budget.
