Nazareth Catholic Community, South Australia
The Story
One newsletter for an entire community
The Challenge
A large, diverse community to keep informed.
Over two years, Nazareth’s family communication moved from a PDF to a web-based newsletter, keeping more than 1,500 families and community members informed across an Early Childhood Centre, a two-campus R–12 college, and family and community services. Feedback from families highlighted the need for an easy-to-use, searchable calendar, a newsletter that worked on every device, and more room for galleries and photos. Staff needed a time-efficient content management system, with strong data integrity across a large number of families and subscribers.
The Solution
Mobile-friendly newsletters, managed from one Control Centre.
Schoolzine’s eNewsletter takes the headache out of formatting, and the custom-built Control Centre manages everything in one place. Nazareth now sends mobile-friendly, interactive newsletters bursting with relevant information about its students – a vibrant celebration of achievement that parents look forward to receiving, all through one convenient channel.
The Results
Families and subscribers now have an easy-to-view newsletter covering articles from across the whole community, and the support Schoolzine provides has been second to none.
